The Flemish Primitives

The savoury GOURMANDINE is therefore highly suitable for several preparations and as such is the ideal star of the culinary event “The Flemish Primitives”, in Brugge. In preparation for this international event on gastronomy and “foodpairing” the organisation went in search of the culinary properties of the GOURMANDINE through aroma analyses and in cooperation with scientists and renowned chefs. During the event top chef Kobe Desramaults of restaurant In de Wulf at Dranouter (Belgium) will create the most wonderful combinations with the GOURMANDINE potato.
